I am Axel, a former senior designer with more than 12 years in the fashion and textile industry.
I have worked with various companies, from high street brands such as KappAhl and ARKET to private labels, as GANT and J.Lindeberg.
Maintaining a close relationship to production, I have been a part of both designing collections from scratch, building concepts
and developing the actual collection.
High quality, sustainability and long-lasting products have always been very close to my heart. During my time at ARKET
I was a part of developing and onboarding sustainability projects from raw material to finished fabrications and finally products.
People describe me as a geek, especially when it comes to new innovations. I love to read about and understand the future of our industry.
ANIMAL DEPARTMENT is my new universe where I offer my expertise within design, concept building, technical sketches, 3D rendering, product / fiber / fabric development.
